So what is a WOD?

A WOD, or Workout of the Day, is a primary workout programmed daily and ever changing.

A mix of cardio, strength and technique work your body will use a variety of muscle fibres and muscle groups at high capacity with incredible calorie burn and results.

Pushing you to go faster, for longer with fewer breaks.
